My hands smell of death.

Not something one would say in polite conversaion, nor is it something one is encouraged to say in a police interview, but yes, my hand smells of death. This is due to my newest erm.. aquaitences, two whole rabbits for the exhibition both of which i have managed to fit into my freezer after preparing for their performance. Im sure that tomorow there will be a ver interesting video on here of the process. The process was to make a small incision along the rabbits underbelly (with an extremely sharp knife otherwise putting it together properlycould be a problem) and to pull out the flesh, skeleton and guts (and maybe chase around shocked housemates). Once the cavity has been extensively washed, the fur shampooed and the inner skin heavily salted another small incision can be made along the top side of the gut. This is for the small apple tree to go inside, once the roots have been pushed inside, and the rabbits skin filled up with soil to the correct amount of its anatomy the lower belly can be sewn up with fine white cotton (so its surgery cannot be seen). This whole process takes around two hours, the removal of the skeleton is the most difficult part as the head, feet and tail bones must remain in tact or the result will look 'deflated'. Hence the reason why I got two, incase the first goes horrifically wrong!
Its times like these that i question both my sanity and my memory, i bought some leeks for tea and cannot find them AT ALL!!!
